Agricultural or Aquacultural Loan

This loan product can be offered to regular members who are engaged or want to start in agriculture/aquaculture, livestock production and for the purchase farm equipment.

Salary Loan for Private & Government Employees (ATM)

Loan product that can be offered to government (regular, Job Order/Casual or Co-terminus) or private (regular) employees. It is a non-salary deduction scheme but collection is through the borrowers ATM card.

Salary Loan for Private & Government Employees (MOA)

Loan product that can be offered to government (regular, Casual, Co-terminus or Job Order) or private (regular) employees. This type of loan requires Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) (with juridical personality) by and between the Government or Private Institution and Mediatrix Multi-Purpose Cooperative (represented herein by the Chairperson). It is a salary deduction scheme.

Honorarium Loan

Loan product that can be offered to Barangay Officials and employees. This type of loan requires Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Barangay Council and Mediatrix Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Post Dated Check and or ATM.

Pension Loan

Loan product that can be offered to regular members who are pensioners with passbook or ATM pension account.

Transport Loan

A Loan Product that can be offered to regular members to finance the purchase of brand new, surplus unit or 2 nd hand branded unit vehicle (Maximum age will be 5 years) for personal or business use.

Allotment Loan

This loan product can be offered to regular members who are beneficiary of a Seaman or Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW).

House Construction & Renovation Loan

This loan product can be offered to regular a member who wants to construct/renovate/improve their house.

Acquired Asset Loan

This loan product can be offered to regular member who wants to purchase the coop acquired collateral.

Rental Loan

This loan product is can be offered to regular members who are engaged in leasing of properties.

Saving & Credit With Education (SCWE)

Loan product that can be offered to regular and associate members who do not have available property/ies that can be offer as collaterals. This type of loan is in a form of group loan where every member of the group is co-maker with each other. Spouses are not allowed to join in one association.

Purchase of Real Property

Financial services and Technical Assistance to farmers on coffee production, rehabilitation, and development in partnership with other value chain actors

Purchase of Appliances, Office Equipment & Gadget

This loan product can be offered to a Members in Good Standing who wants to purchase Appliances, Office Equipment, or Gadgets namely a Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Cell Phone or Tablet who will pass proper evaluation by the Credit/Background Investigator.

Coffee Production Loan

This loan product can be offered to regular a member who wants to purchase Real Estate Properties.
